"I don’t think it was worth..."
I don’t think it was worth what I paid. The product/service itself was just okay, but for the price I expected a lot better. I also had to chase them a few times to get updates, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I got my styling tool and it looks legit. It works fine so far and I don’t really have any complaints about how it performs. The only thing is the packaging was different from what I expected, so I’m not 100% sure if it’s authentic. Overall it’s not bad at all, I’m just kind of unsure.

i’ve been using my straightener from Pro Styling Tools and it heats up really fast. my hair stays smooth most of the day, and i’ve noticed way less frizz than i had with my old one. happy with it.

I thought this tool was decent when I first started using it. It feels comfortable enough in my hand and it does the job, but the more I’ve used it, the more the cheaper parts have started to bother me. For the price, I expected better quality. It’s still usable, but I’m at the point where I feel like I need to reach out about it because it doesn’t really match what I thought I was paying for.

I thought the site was decent overall. I didn’t spend a ton of time digging through everything, so maybe that’s on me, but from what I used it worked fine. It could definitely be a little smoother or easier to navigate, though.

"Got through it without much trouble"
I was just poking around the site and for the most part it was straightforward to find what I needed. A few pages took me a second to figure out, and I had to backtrack once or twice, but nothing too frustrating. When I got to checkout, it did feel a little clunky compared to the rest of the site, though I was still able to finish my order in the end.

I bought a styling tool from Pro Styling Tools and I’ve been happy with it so far. The heat settings are simple to change, and compared to a couple of other tools I’ve used, it doesn’t suddenly get way too hot the second you turn it on, which I really appreciate.

It holds the temperature evenly while I’m styling, so I don’t have to keep stopping or adjusting it. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the tool itself works well and feels more reliable than some cheaper ones I’ve tried.

"Easy return, quick refund"
I ended up ordering the wrong size styling tool. Totally my mistake. So I had to send it back, i was expecting it to be a whole thing. But the return steps were easy to follow, and support got back to me the next day.
The refund hit my card quicker than I thought it would. Just a few days, I think. No back-and-forth, no stress, nothing weird. Smooth overall, and yeah, I’d order from here again

"Anyone else find the site a little hard to use?"
I was just trying to browse around and maybe buy something, but the website felt kind of clunky to me. Some pages took a while to load, and the menus weren’t super clear, at least not from what I could tell. I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. It was also a bit messy on my phone, unless I’m missing something. It’s definitely not the worst website I’ve used, but I do think it could use some work.

"Warranty process was a dead end for me"
I had a problem with one of my tools and figured the warranty would help, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Support took forever to get back to me, and when they did, it felt like they just kept asking for the same details over and over. From my side, nothing ever really moved forward and the issue never got fixed. it was frustrating, and I don’t see myself buying from them again.
